The Children's Theatre Company
of Minneapolis presented
GRIMM TALES
Saturday, December 15, 2001
About 330 people enjoyed the performance by the touring company.
Once upon a time...There lived a poor girl whose wicked stepsisters made her sleep in the ashes...There was a simple woodsman who received a magical golden goose for his kindness...There was an innocent child who was eaten by a wolf...And, there was a hare who let his pride get the best of him...You've never seen Grimm Tales like this before.
CTC is rooted in the belief that early experiences with the arts will have a profoundly positive effect on the development of children and, ultimately, their participation in the life of their communities.

Leon Redbone
Friday, October 26, 2001 - 7:30 pm
Leon Redbone lived up to his reputation as the talented yet eccentric troubador. His performance was filled with variety, humor, sweet ballads, and touches of irony. The audience had a great time, heard some classic tunes, and a good time was had by all.

REVIEW: "the last musicians to have played with the immortal blues legend, Robert Johnson.&They represent the most influential period of American music...still performing with vigor and undiminished depth of emotion...they gave a show of blues power unequalled in the recent history of the blues".- Guitar One (2001)
We agree with the review! It was a night to remember!
